What is the lead time to receive containers?
Answer – You should receive your containers within 7 business days.
How long does it take to receive my recycling certificate?
Answer – Approximately 6-14 days after you ship the containers to our facility, you will receive your certificate

What do you do with my waste?
Answer – There are a number of waste facilities that process waste. Your waste will be processed by the closest facility.
Why can’t I dispose of my own lamps?
Answer – Each lamp contains toxic elements which can be dangerous to humans. Many states require that lamps are disposed of at a licensed facility.
What is the process for disposing of lamps?
Answer – The lamps are processed by special machines that separate the key elements for reuse and incinerate all other material. We will then create a recycling certificate which is mailed back to you.

Answer – We created this process for an easy to use methodology for customers to dispose of hazardous material. It is cost effective and complies with all state requirements for waste disposal.
